By accessing this Website and booking any of our Vedic, astrological, or spiritual services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or book our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our Website, communicating with us via WhatsApp, or remitting payment for any Puja, Anushthan, or consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

2. Description of Services

Pandit Hariom Sharma offers traditional Vedic rituals and astrological consultations, including but not limited to:

  • Mangal Dosh Nivaran Puja

  • Kaal Sarp Dosh Nivaran Puja

  • Navgraha Shanti Puja

  • Rudrabhishek and Mahamrityunjaya Mantra Jaap

  • Kundli and Astrological Consultations

Important Note on Spiritual Services: All rituals are performed in accordance with ancient Vedic Shastras. However, astrology and religious rituals are matters of faith. We do not make any guarantees, warranties, or scientific claims regarding specific life outcomes, financial success, or health improvements.

3. Booking, Pricing, and Payments

To maintain absolute transparency in compliance with the latest Indian Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules:

  • Transparent Pricing: The final Dakshina (fee) for any Puja includes the cost of Samagri (materials), the time of the Pandits, and the arrangements at Mangalnath Temple. There are no hidden charges.

  • Consent to Purchase: Your booking is confirmed only after explicit, affirmative consent and successful receipt of the required Dakshina. We do not use pre-ticked checkboxes or forced subscription models.

  • Payment Gateways: All online payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers.

4. Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy

In compliance with Google’s 2026 Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) requirements for transparent merchant policies, our cancellation and refund terms are strictly defined as follows:

  • Before the Puja: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled Muhurat (time of the ritual). Eligible cancellations will be processed with a standard deduction for any non-refundable Samagri already purchased on your behalf.

  • After the Puja Commences: Because our services require the immediate consumption of physical goods (Samagri) and the dedication of time by our Vedic scholars, no refunds or returns can be issued once the Sankalp (initiation) has been taken and the Puja has commenced.

  • Return of Prasad: If physical Prasad is shipped to you and arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra return cost to you.

5. Shipping and Delivery of Prasad

If your selected service includes the dispatch of blessed Prasad or Yantras:

  • Handling Cutoff Time: Orders and Pujas are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery Timelines: Domestic shipping within India generally takes 5-7 business days post-Puja. International shipping timelines vary based on customs and location. Tracking details will be provided via email or WhatsApp once dispatched.

6. Prevention of Unfair Trade Practices

As mandated by the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) guidelines:

  • No Dark Patterns: We strictly prohibit the use of deceptive UI/UX practices (dark patterns) designed to mislead users into unwanted purchases or hidden costs.

  • Authentic Testimonials: All reviews and testimonials displayed on our website reflect genuine devotee experiences. We adhere to voluntary standards to prevent fake or deceptive reviews.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and digital downloads, is the property of Pandit Hariom Sharma or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Website without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pandit Hariom Sharma and his associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services.

  • Any decisions made based on astrological consultations.

  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.

10. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

In strict accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, we have appointed a dedicated Nodal Contact Person to address any complaints, discrepancies, or grievances you may have.
